Ianis Hagi insists he is READY to fight for Rangers as he addressed speculation over his current situation.
The Light Blues star is currently out of the picture and playing with the B team as Philippe Clement made it his position clear over the Romania international earlier this summer stating: “Is he part of my plans? No, we had clear talks before the pre-season with his agents about that. We need to look, like I said, at a lot of things in the club about wages, how many you can have in a position with the budget we have and to get the budget to get transfers.”
Further pressed last week he added: “I can only know when it’s clear. I told you guys already weeks ago, that there’s been a clear talk with Hagi about that before the pre-season started..”

Earlier today Gheorghe Hagi lashed out at Rangers for their ‘ugly’ treatment of his son. Record Sport previously told how Hagi’s weekly wage is due to go up by around £6000 if a clause in his contract is triggered by playing a certain amount of games. But it looks as if he is willing to talk to the club by insisting in his social media address that ‘there’s always a way to navigate round any situation if there’s a will on both sides.”
Addressing the noise and talk around his situation at Rangers with the transfer deadline just THREE days away, he wrote: “I’ve been aware of the noise and speculation regarding my situation, my role and my contract in the club. I have loved playing for Rangers and the Ibrox fans since the moment I got here. I want to make it clear, I have never once asked to leave this football club.
