James Tavernier is Rangers’ highest rated player on EA Sports FC 25 on 78. He has been a key player for the Glasgow outfit for nearly a decade now and stayed put beyond the end of the last transfer window. The right-back fired 24 goals last term.
Goalkeeper Jack Butland is a very solid 77 and falls just short of his teammate in 2nd. He was snapped up back in 2023 after leaving Crystal Palace and has since made 66 appearances in all competitions, eight of which have come in this campaign.
Defender Robin Pröpper, who joined the Gers over the summer, has a useful rating of 76. After joining from FC Twente, he said: “Rangers is a big club and it feels really good to be here. I was glad to hear about the club wanting to sign me. I always said I wanted to have a new adventure in another country and when a club like Rangers comes in for you it feels surreal.
“This club breathes football and you want to play your football here. I spoke to Cyriel Dessers and Vaclav Cerny and they only had nice things to say about the club. It’s nice to see some familiar faces. You hear about the Rangers fans and how it is here and I am really happy to be here.”

Another one of their Rangers’ recruits Vaclav Cerny has been given 74. After arriving on loan from Wolfsburg, he said: “It is a very nice day for me. I am happy to be here and I can’t wait to get started. Obviously from the first talks with the manager, it gave me a very good feeling and from there on I would say it went pretty fast. I was happy about the contact and just couldn’t wait to come down here and be here and experience it all.”
