Rangers ace Ridvan Yilmaz return update shared after Grade 3 thigh injury setback
Rangers defender Ridvan Yilmaz could be back in action this week after his thigh injury, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.
The injury expert claims that it’s likely a Grade 3 setback given the fact that he’s been ruled out for over four weeks.
The Turkey international last played for the Ibrox outfit on 13 August and has been ruled out with an injury since then.
Discussing his situation exclusively with Ibrox News, Brar, a doctor in physical therapy and a sports scientist, said: “If the thigh injury was muscular, I imagine it was a Grade 3 out of 4 injury as he’s been out over four weeks.
“If everything goes well in individual training, I’d give him around four or five days or so to get back to bounce matches and from there, it really just depends on how he responds to match minutes.
“It may take him longer to play the full 90 minutes, however.”
Rangers cannot wait to see Ridvan Yilmaz return from injury
Gers have serious problems at left-back and Philippe Clement cannot wait to have Yilmaz back in action.
With Jefte also ruled out, Neraysho Kasanwirjo played at left-back against FC Twente in the Europa League on 26 September.

Hopefully, Yilmaz can put his fitness woes aside and return to being the player he was in Philippe Clement’s early days at the club.
In other Rangers news, the club have been slammed for “scandalous” behaviour as “terrible” news has emerged recently.
