Rangers ‘accept’ decision to postpone Ibrox developments
Rangers board members have ‘accepted’ the decision to postpone stadium developments until further notice. According to the Scottish Daily Mail, there is the ‘growing sense’ that the funds would be put to better use elsewhere in the club for the time being.
The Saturday edition of the paper says the boardroom has agreed it’s now ‘wiser’ for the stadium expansion work to ‘go ahead further down the line’ while the money in question is spent on the team instead.
Rangers have come under criticism over their performances lately and many are urging the club to invest in new players in the new year.
