Rangers are yet to confirm any new signings for Danny Rohl in the winter transfer window.Celtic have sacked Wilfried Nancy and have already made moves to bolster their squad in January.Rohl has multiple transfer targets at Ibrox, but it remains to be seen how long it will take the Gers to get some of their deals over the line.
The German manager has slowly helped the Glaswegian outfit claw their way closer to the top of the William Hill Premiership, currently sitting level on points with their Old Firm rivals and six points behind league leaders HeartsAndy Halliday believes the Gers will have to have an “unbelievable” transfer window to win the league title.
The Motherwell ace, who played at Ibrox between 2015 and 2020, feels the Light Blues need multiple first-team signings to compete with Hearts.Additions in the defence, midfield and attack are seemingly necessary for Rohl to end the season on a high note.
Speaking on Open Goal on 5 January, Halliday said, “Rangers need to have an unbelievable January transfer window for me to win the league. They need to sign three to four starters.”
