Leeds manager Daniel Farke has confirmed that goalkeeper Lucas Perri is out of Saturday’s trip to Fulham have suffered a quad muscle strain.

The Brazilian custodian, who has played all three of United’s Premier League games so far this season, is expected to miss at least two games with the injury. Lucas Nmecha and Joel Piroe are also doubtful for the Craven Cottage clash, although Ao Tanaka and Ethan Ampadu have returned to training after injuries of their own and should be available for selection.Schmidt joined Leeds last summer, but played a very insignificant role in their promotion season and was mostly on the fringes of Daniel Farke’s squad. He was almost certain to leave the club at the end of last season.
