Rangers boss Danny Rohl has confirmed that discussions are already underway with the club’s hierarchy ahead of a pivotal summer rebuild.
The Ibrox side will finish third in the Premiership following their final-day trip to Falkirk, and attention has now turned firmly to recruitment as Rohl prepares for his second transfer window under the current ownership.Midfielder Dan Neil has emerged as a potential target, with the Sunderland man set to leave at the end of his contract next month after a loan spell at Ipswich Town. The Scotsman suggests Rangers are ready to “rekindle” their interest after previously tracking the player during the winter window.
Rohl, speaking via the club’s official channels, made it clear planning for next season is already in motion.
“I have good communication with the board about signings and the new season,” he said. “There will be some changes with players on loan leaving, but that’s normal. Having leaders going into the next season is essential. We have a lot of goals and ambitions for next season.”
