Rangers FC have officially agreed a deal to sign Bournemouth right-back Max Aarons in a major boost to their summer transfer campaign. The 24-year-old England international is set to join the Scottish giants on a permanent transfer after positive negotiations between both clubs over the past week.
Aarons, who made 28 appearances for Bournemouth in the 2024/25 season, impressed with his pace, defensive awareness, and attacking support from the flanks. Rangers view him as a key addition to bolster their defensive line under their ambitious summer rebuild. The transfer fee is reportedly in the region of £7 million, with personal terms also agreed.
The former Norwich City star is expected to undergo his medical in the coming days before putting pen to paper on a four-year contract at Ibrox.
