Amad Diallo joined Rangers on a six month January loan from Manchester United in 2022, whilst Abdallah Sima spent last season on loan at the club from Brighton.
Wolves forward Fabio Silva also had a temporary stint at Ibrox last season as the Gers fell short in the Scottish Premiership title hunt.
This January there has been plenty of chatter surrounding Rangers exploring the Premier League loan market.
But the latest transfer reports surrounding one reported target has sent a reminder to the Ibrox club as to just how competitive the loan market has become south of the border.

Now, the Telegraph are reporting that West Ham are considering a loan bid for Dewsbury-Hall as they look to strengthen their midfield.
The Hammers are also said to be considering Carney Chukwuemeka, another Chelsea star who has been linked with a loan move to Rangers.
