Josh Brownhill ‘to pass medical’ as Rangers transfer news emerges
Burnley midfielder Josh Brownhill should have no issues in clearing his Rangers medical if needed, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.
The injury expert claims that his Premier League experience along with his perfect fitness record this season, holds him in good stead for a move to Ibrox.
This comes after TBR Football reported on 29 December that Gers and Celtic are willing to offer the 29-year-old a pre-contract deal as he will be a free agent in the summer.
Discussing his situation exclusively with Ibrox News, Brar, a doctor in physical therapy and a sports scientist, said: “He appears to have a perfect fitness record this season in terms of his availability.
“He’s also got decent Premier League experience, so the adaptation shouldn’t take long.

“I wouldn’t expect any issues with his medical, barring some unforeseen outlier.“

It will be a major coup for Gers if they manage to secure the services of the 29-year-old midfielder.
Apart from having 111 Premier League appearances under his belt, he has been thriving this season, scoring nine goals and providing three assists in 26 league games.

He has done this from a central midfield position and Gers desperately lack a deep-lying player capable of finding the back of the net on a regular basis.
