TRANSFER NEWS: Leeds on high alert as Manor Solomon’s agent makes Tottenham admission’

Manor Solomon’s agent has given an update on the winger’s potential switch from Tottenham to Leeds this summer.

The 25-year-old spent the season on loan at Elland Road from Spurs, as Daniel Farke’s side secured promotion back to the Premier League.It was a successful campaign in the championship for the attacker, who scored ten goals and picked up 13 assists in 39 appearances.

Solomon secured the title for Leeds with a dramatic last-minute winner against Plymouth, on the final day.After completing his loan spell at Elland Road, the forward will head back to his parent club Tottenham, with his future still in the balance.

Leeds are keen to sign Solomon on a permanent basis, after the Israeli international impressed during his time at the club.French side Marseille are also keen on securing the services of the former Fulham man though, after they qualified for the Champions League.

However, speaking to Le 10 Sport (18 May), Solomon’s agent Shlomi Ben Ezra revealed that the winger will not be moving to France.

Ben Ezra said: “[Roberto] De Zerbi sent a message to Manor, but he told him that he could not play for Marseille for political reasons.
