Leeds United have officially completed the signing of Argentine forward Facundo Buonanotte from Brighton, finalising the deal just hours before the transfer deadline.
The 20-year-old attacker, regarded as one of South America’s brightest young talents, arrives at Elland Road on a season-long loan. Known for his creativity, dribbling ability and eye for goal, Buonanotte is expected to add flair and versatility to Daniel Farke’s frontline.
Leeds had been in advanced talks for several weeks, but with Premier League rivals also circling, the club moved decisively to get the deal over the line before Friday night’s cut-off. His arrival marks the 11th signing of the summer window for the Whites, as Farke continues reshaping his squad to compete at the highest level.
