Newcastle United are reportedly in discussions to sign Real Madrid forward Rodrygo Goes, as the Spanish club considers offloading the Brazilian star amid a potential squad overhaul.
Rodrygo, who joined Real Madrid from Santos in 2019 for approximately £38 million, has been instrumental in the team’s successes, including multiple La Liga and Champions League titles. However, the recent acquisition of Kylian Mbappé has intensified competition for attacking positions, potentially limiting Rodrygo’s playing time. Consequently, Real Madrid is reportedly open to offers around £85 million for the 24-year-old forward.
