Nottingham Forest have officially announced a £1 million expansion project for the iconic Peter Taylor Stand, marking a significant step in modernizing the City Ground. The ambitious upgrade will add 5,000 additional seats to the stand, increasing overall capacity and improving the matchday experience for fans.
Alongside the stadium expansion, the club has partnered with local developers to construct 170 brand-new apartments adjacent to the ground. This integrated development aims to boost the local economy, improve housing availability in the West Bridgford area, and create a vibrant, mixed-use community space right next to the club’s historic home.
Club officials confirmed that the expansion will include upgraded facilities, improved sightlines, and eco-friendly design elements. Work is expected to commence later this year, with phased construction to minimize disruption during the football season.
