TRANSFER NEWS: Davide Ancelotti has been officially offer to become Rangers FC’s new manager.

However, multiple reports indicate that he is a leading candidate for the position and is in advanced discussions with the club. Ancelotti, 35, currently serves as an assistant coach at Real Madrid under his father, Carlo Ancelotti. With Carlo set to take over as Brazil’s national team manager, Davide is expected to assist him during Brazil’s upcoming fixtures against Ecuador and Paraguay in June. Following these commitments, Davide is anticipated to embark on his first managerial role, with Rangers being a strong possibility.

Reports suggest that Davide has been offered a three-year contract by Rangers, extending until 2028. He is also expected to bring Real Madrid coach Francesco Mauri as his assistant. Despite interest from other clubs, including Como in Italy and teams in Saudi Arabia, Davide appears inclined towards the Rangers opportunity.

In summary, while no official confirmation has been made, Davide Ancelotti is poised to become Rangers’ next manager, pending the conclusion of ongoing discussions and his commitments with the Brazilian national team.
