TRANSFER NEWS: Kevin De Bruyne has ruled out a move to Rangers as he prepares to leave Manchester City this summer after ten years at the club.

The Belgian midfielder’s deal at the Etihad Stadium will expire at the end of June, and he will leave as a free agent.
