Barry Ferguson has made his stance clear on speculation linking him with the Rangers job as pressure intensifies on Russell Martin.

However, it is understood the ex-midfielder has no immediate interest in replacing Martin and remains focused on his current commitments.

Ferguson is said to believe that any managerial change must be carefully considered rather than a knee-jerk reaction.
