Richarlison to Everton just got interesting as new stadium claim is made
Everton fans will be hoping to see a statement signing made in the summer transfer window after a fairly underwhelming January market.
David Moyes was keen to sign a new forward and a full-back during the winter window, just weeks after signing.
The Scotsman did have to settle for the addition of one midfielder with Carlos Alcaraz sealing his move after the 11 pm deadline.
Everton were hindered by their PSR restrictions, which they will want to put behind them ahead of their stadium move in the summer.
And what better way to open up the new state-of-the-art stadium than with a headline signing.
TBR Football’s Chief Transfer Correspondent Graeme Bailey has spoken to Everton News about the possibility of a return for Richarlison.

Everton would love to re-sign Richarlison from Tottenham
On transfer deadline day, a potential return to Everton for Richarlison was mooted following the Lilywhites’ big move.
Tottenham Hotspur added Mathys Tel to their options on deadline day, which could well push the Brazilian back in the hierarchy.

Speaking to Everton News, Bailey has claimed those at Everton would love to bring Richarlison back to Merseyside.
“The club love Richarlison and he loves the club – but to bring him back Everton would have to break their transfer record,” said Bailey.
“Richarlison did not want to move to Saudi last summer but returning home to Everton could be an attractive option.
“Whilst unlikely I would not rule it out completely – it would certainly be some splash before moving to Bramley Dock.”
Richarlison is still loved by Everton fans following his stint at Goodison Park before making the £60m move to Tottenham.
But his recent injury record in north London could well be a factor that could put off the Toffees from what would be a fairytale reunion.

Richarlison may soon be pushed out of Tottenham
Since making the move to the capital, it has not been the best spell in Richarlison’s career with injuries hindering his game time.
The striker has struggled to nail down any real consistency with his pathway now being blocked by Dominic Solanke.

On deadline day, Spurs brought in Tel from Bayern Munich who can play out wide or through the middle of the attack.
That is the exact same as what Richarlison offers and Ange Postecoglou has now ensured fans Tel will be signed permanently in the summer.
With this in mind, it has to be questioned – with two years on his deal – whether it would be time for Spurs to cash in on the 27-year-old.
