Rangers’ Robin Propper arrives ahead of their first training session of pre-season
Robin Propper was under “a lot of pressure” to return to Rangers training – as Twente Enschede wait for an answer over a return to the Dutch side.
Propper is expected to be allowed to leave Ibrox for £1.5 million to return to the Dutch club he previously captained.

But he’s asked to meet with new manager Russell Martin this week as the players return to training before making a decision on his future.

And Twente sports director Jan Streuer has revealed they are happy to allow Propper to take his time in making a decision.

He said: “We are interested in Robin Propper and he is very welcome here. But he was also very welcome at Rangers’ return to training.
“Of course he still has a contract there. We’ll wait and see. There was a lot of pressure on him to come back.
