Milan Skriniar’s stint at Paris Saint-Germain appears to be nearing its end. The former Inter Milan center-back has joined Fenerbahçe on loan for the rest of the 2024-25 season.
The 30-year-old signed with PSG as a free agent after leaving Inter and is under contract with the Ligue 1 side through 2028. While Skriniar was a regular in the lineup last season, he has since fallen out of favor under coach Luis Enrique. After making 37 appearances in his first campaign, he’s no longer part of Enrique’s plans this year. His move to Fenerbahçe is a straight loan with no option to buy, and PSG are expected to look for a permanent move in the summer. According to Fichajes, Tottenham have recently added Skriniar to their list of defensive targets.
With uncertainty around Cristian Romero’s future, Spurs are eyeing experienced reinforcements at the back—and Skriniar, with his proven record in Serie A and the Champions League, could be a strong option.
